These terms govern your use of the Rityaas mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Sakalya Technologies ("Rityaas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Rityaas is a devotional and spiritual companion app offering Aarti and devotional audio, Puja guidance, sacred text reading, Parayan reading groups, jap/mantra counters, Panchang, and Vedic astrology features (horoscopes, birth charts, muhurat search, compatibility matching, and an AI assistant that answers questions about the app and astrology topics).
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Service. Rityaas is not directed at children under 13. If you are using the Service on behalf of a family member (for example, adding a child's birth details for a family Parayan or astrology reading), you are responsible for that use and for having the right to do so.

Devotional texts, audio, and astrology content provided in Rityaas belong to Rityaas or its licensors and are provided for your personal use within the app. Content you create yourself — group messages, voice notes, jap counts — remains yours; by posting it in a group, you allow other active members of that group to see it as part of normal use of the feature.
Astrology content is for spiritual and entertainment purposes. Horoscopes, birth charts, muhurat suggestions, compatibility readings, and the AI assistant's responses are offered as devotional and spiritual guidance based on traditional Vedic astrology methods. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in matters that need one.
Rityaas offers free features today. Premium subscriptions, processed through Razorpay, are planned but not currently active. When subscriptions launch, this section will be updated with pricing, billing, and refund terms before any payment feature goes live.
The Service relies on third-party providers (described in our Privacy Policy) to function — for authentication, notifications, email, astrology calculations, and the AI assistant. Your use of those integrated features is also subject to this agreement; we aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by a third-party provider itself.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrology calculations, translations, or AI-generated responses will always be perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rityaas and Sakalya Technologies won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for security reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, notify you in the app.
