1. Who we are

Rityaas is a devotional app operated by Sakalya Technologies ("Rityaas", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Rityaas mobile app, admin tools, and this website, why we collect it, and what your choices are. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Account details: email address, and a password if you sign up with email, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Profile details: first and last name, date of birth, gender, phone number, WhatsApp number, a profile photo (or a chosen icon/color if you skip uploading one), your religion, tradition, community, state, and district, and your preferred language.
• Birth details for astrology features: a birth date, time, and a place you type in (a city name) — used to calculate horoscopes, birth charts, and related readings. This is a text field you fill in; Rityaas does not read your device's GPS location for this or anything else.
• Content you create: Parayan group messages (text or voice recordings), jap/mantra counts, reading progress, favorites, downloads, and questions you ask the in-app AI assistant.
• Payment information, if and when subscriptions become available — see Section 5.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: push notification token, platform (Android/iOS), app version, OS version, and when the app was last active.
• Usage information: which screens and content you use, search queries, and general app activity, used to run features like "continue where you left off" and to understand what content is useful.

3. How we use your information

• To create and run your account, and to show you content in your preferred language and community.
• To provide features you use directly — astrology calculations, Parayan groups, jap counters, favorites, downloads, and notifications.
• To send you emails (like sign-in codes) and push notifications you've opted into.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose crashes, and improve the app over time.
• To process payments, once subscription payments are active (Section 5).

4. Third-party services we use

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Rityaas. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it with these providers for their own marketing purposes — each one only receives what it needs to do its specific job:

5. Payments

Rityaas is designed to support premium subscriptions processed through Razorpay, a payment provider operating in India. Payment processing is not active at this time — if and when it goes live, this section will describe what payment data Razorpay handles (Rityaas itself never stores your card or bank details; Razorpay handles that directly) and we'll update this policy accordingly.

6. Data retention and account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time, either from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or from our account deletion page, which works without the app installed. Requesting deletion:

• Signs you out of Rityaas on every device.
• Deactivates your account — your groups, progress, and favorites stop being visible or usable, and you stop receiving notifications.
• Keeps your account data (it is not immediately erased), in case you'd like it restored, or as needed for legitimate legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

To have your data permanently erased instead of just deactivated, or to restore a deactivated account, contact info@sakalyatechnologies.com.

7. Children's privacy

Rityaas is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update most profile information directly in the app, and you can request deletion or correction at any time by contacting info@sakalyatechnologies.com. You can also manage notification permissions from your device settings.

9. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, notify you in the app.
